QHSE Lead

Hadleigh Castings Ltd is recruiting a QHSE Lead to take ownership of Quality and Compliance across our company. This role focuses on driving product quality, reducing scrap, supporting customer requirements and ensuring our AS9100 systems remain robust and audit‑ready. You will also provide oversight of HSE compliance and support to our internal H&S team.  If you have strong quality experience in manufacturing or engineering, confidence with audits and corrective actions, and the ability to influence standards on the shop floor, we’d like to hear from you.

 

Unskilled and Skilled Foundry Operatives

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Foundry Operatives to join our team. Positions available for Coremakers, Moulders, Pourers and general foundry operations. Experience in a manufacturing or foundry environment is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. This is a great opportunity to join a long‑established local employer and develop practical skills within a busy production environment.

 

Property Maintenance Operative

We are seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Operative to support the upkeep and improvement of our buildings and site facilities. The role includes general maintenance, repairs, basic electrical and plumbing tasks, and coordination with external contractors when required. This is a varied and hands‑on role for someone with strong practical skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently across a wide range of maintenance activities.
